I don't support self funded positions (i.e. not funded through grants or scholarships). However, I'm very keen to help you applying for funding if you're interested, whether you want to do a Postdoc, a PhD or just come and visit in Sheffield. Just send me an email and I'll happily have a chat to discuss opportunities!

There is currently one potentially funded position for a PhD position in my group. This is funded through the ACCE+ DLA program. You can find the announcement here and more info about the program here.

At the University of Sheffield

I currently work with one PhD student (Caleb Scutt) and one master student (Liz Acres). I do work closely with other groups in the department though, namely Gavin Thomas' group and Chris Cooney's group.

Everywhere else

I work closely withv Natalie Coopers' group at the Natural History Museum in London.
